Nūḥ (ʿalayhis-salām) and the Great Flood

The story of Nūḥ (ʿalayhis-salām) teaches us to always believe in Allah (ʿazza wa jall). Believing in Allah (ʿazza wa jall) is the most important thing for us. We must believe in Him, even if people laugh. Allah (ʿazza wa jall) cares for the believers, and He never lets their faith be lost.

A long time ago, Allah (ʿazza wa jall) sent Nūḥ (ʿalayhis-salām) to guide his people.

He told them that they should worship only Allah, their Creator.

But most people did not listen. They worshipped idols.

Allah, the Most High, warned that a flood would come to punish those who worshipped idols instead of Allah.

He told Nūḥ (ʿalayhis-salām) to build a big Ark so that those who worshipped Allah alone would be safe.

Nūḥ (ʿalayhis-salām) built it plank by plank, relying on Allah.

The people laughed and did not believe.

But Nūḥ (ʿalayhis-salām) kept building, because Allah’s promise is always true.

A peaceful starry night sky with one bright golden light shining down on a smooth, winding sandy path through a quiet desert. The golden path glows warmly, symbolizing truth and guidance. Around the edges of the desert, show faint gray clouds or soft shadows fading away into the ground — representing falsehood disappearing. Keep the focus simple: the glowing path under the light feels alive and safe, while the surroundings look empty and fading. Style: children’s Islamic storybook, clean watercolor illustration.
